Returns and Exchanges

At Velours Devices, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it. Please note that the product, its contents, and packaging must be in perfect condition for the return to be accepted.

Before returning a product, you must contact us at contact@veloursdevices.com. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will receive a confirmation email along with details about the refund process, which may vary depending on your bank.

For any exchanges or returns, the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer. However, if the product supplied is defective, please contact us within the 14-day return period. We will replace the defective item with another of the same model and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
