To uphold this commitment, we offer a comprehensive warranty that covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is our promise to you that we believe in the superior craftsmanship of our products.

Each Velours Devices product comes with a standard one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that might arise during this period. Should your device exhibit any issues due to defective materials or improper workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

If you encounter any issues with your Velours Devices product that you believe are covered under this warranty, please contact us at contact@veloursdevices.com. To expedite your claim, provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the problem, and any relevant photos or videos. We will review your claim and guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Please note that the shipping costs for sending the defective item to us are at the customer's expense. However, once repaired or replaced, the shipping costs for sending the new or repaired item back to you will be covered by Velours Devices.

Our warranty is designed to protect you against unexpected manufacturing defects; however, it does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse. This includes but is not limited to physical damage, liquid damage, and damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications. Please note that Velours Devices is not responsible for any damages that occur to items during transit or transportation. We take great care in packing our products to ensure that they are well-protected and unlikely to be damaged during transit.
